We are a small, regional, gluten free bakehouse dedicated to the production of the finest handmade gluten free bread products. Our story began some five years ago in the picturesque seaside town of Lorne in Victoria when Justin, our head baker, met a master baker named Graham. Justin accidentally stumbled upon a new passion and with Graham's help he learned to create some of the best gluten free products on the market.

Here at Otway Artisan Gluten Free we are proud of being able to produce truly superb gluten free bread. From the initial sourcing of the ingredients to fermentation, shaping and the eventual baking, our team strives to create some the best gluten free products on the market. There are no animal fats/oils or
preservatives used. We use a special blend of premium quality gluten free flours which help give our breads that soft fluffy texture on the inside and golden crust on the outside. And like true artisans, we are constantly working towards improving the texture and taste of our products.
Dedicated gluten free facility.
We are meticulous about making sure our bread is prepared in our dedicated gluten and wheat free bakehouse located in Birregurra, just 30 minutes inland from Lorne and about 1.5 hours out of Melbourne. This means that you can purchase with confidence knowing that there’s zero chance of cross contamination in our delicious products.
