Otway Artisan Gluten Free is a small regional bakehouse crafting exceptional gluten free bread handmade, wholesome, + proudly free from gluten, wheat, dairy, preservatives + animal fats. It is low in sugar, low in salt + is also vegan + FODMAP friendly.
We use a unique blend of premium flours to create bread with a soft, fluffy inside + crisp golden crust. Based at the foothills of the Otways in the town of Birregurra, Victoria, our dedicated gluten free facility ensures zero cross-contamination + total peace of mind.

I’m a coeliac and this lovely, friendly cafe was just perfect for me and my family. We had the paninis and pizza and it was all just so delicious. Could not fault this experience at all. The quality, taste and crispy light texture of their gf breads took me back to what I remember bread used to taste like before my diagnosis.
